Self-pay options are also available for individuals without these insurances:
- Self-Pay Rates Available Upon Request
- No Show/Late Cancellation Fee – Full Cost of Session
- Court Testimony – $150/hour
- Written Reports – $150/hour
*Sessions cancelled with less than a 24 hours notice are subject to a missed session fee. However, exceptions will be made in case of illness or an emergency.
*In addition, co-pays will be due at the time of the session unless otherwise planned for an alternative date. If your claim is denied, you will be responsible for the entire session fee.
*We do not accept Medicaid.
