Life gets really tough sometimes. Relationships get hard and become difficult to manage. Figuring out your next move can be challenging, and you may be at a complete loss. You may be doubting yourself. Sometimes, people struggle because they don’t have support and feel alone. Sometimes, they never learned how to identify their own emotions and communicate them in a healthy or productive way. Sometimes, people struggle because they have unhealthy coping patterns.

I will be your tour guide as we figure out what’s going on and what’s causing you to feel stuck. My goal is to help you feel like you are living verses surviving. Everyone deserves a life which they want to live. Everyone deserves a safe space to be heard and work through some emotions. This could be a space for you to figure out how to be your best self.

As a therapist who is trained in trauma, I can help you learn to calm your old survival reactions and find healthier ways to cope. We’ll work on ways to identify your true emotions, soothe your mind, and communicate your feelings. The result: healthier relationships and a happier you.
