Lindsey Southwick

Hi there, I’m Lindsey. I am so glad you are taking the first step to reaching out for help.  I am an adolescent and adult certified professional trauma and CSAYC therapist working with trauma victims from war, sexual abuse, domestic abuse, physical and emotional abuse, individuals fleeing countries, of all ages and backgrounds, using somatic psychology, trauma-focused therapy, emotionally focused therapy, cognitive trauma therapy, and EDMR tools, family system approach, and client center therapy. I have a background working in various settings from residential, community-based, and outpatient therapy with all mental health disorders.

I am experienced in self-talk therapy and I am here to listen and validate you. I graduated from the University of Illinois in 2004 and have been doing therapy since that time. Everyone is welcome and will be heard. I look forward to meeting with you soon!
